Classes Lower KG/ Upper KG
There are 4 Assessment or examinations are divided into two Formative and two Summative in these classes.
Classes I and II
A system of regular grading will be introduced for these classes. These grades are based on a series of assignments in the form of Skill and Knowledge, oral /written work in class. These are tabulated together to give a record of achievement at the end of each term. The aggregate of the two terminal report cards is considered for promotion at the end of the Academic Year. Since all class works are graded test, it is imperative that a student is regular in his / her attendance.
Classes III to VIII
SAR Public School will follow the CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) as prescribed by the CBSE Board. The entire academic year is divided into Two formative assessments (FA I-FA II) equating to 40% weightage and two Summative Assessments (SA I- SA II) equating to 60% weightage annually. This system is applicable for Classes III-VIII. For promotion, the aggregate of all these examinations are taken into consideration before a student is declared promoted to the next class.

Home Work : It will be a regular process to cover lesson practice by the student and to follow the home work from the work book or copy given by class teacher .
